I have worked with mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, capital increases as well as strategy and debt advisory for more than 25 years. I started as an accountant at Centralanstalten for Revision (KPMG) specialising in mergers and acquisitions and transaction advisory.
In 1985, I moved to the financial sector—initially as chief investment officer in Amagerbanken followed by several years as managing director of the investment bank H.C. Møller owned by Andelsbanken. Subsequently, I became managing director of Nordea Corporate Finance followed by the position as CEO of Nordea Investment Bank and member of the Executive Management Group.
I have always had a strong focus on clients and on creating business opportunities but also on management, strategy, business development and, not least, on the employees.
In 2003, I established ATRIUM.
I finished my diploma degree in commerce from Copenhagen Business School in 1983, in addition to which I have completed a variety of management courses from INSEAD and London Business School as well as board education program at IMD.
Why did I found ATRIUM?
ATRIUM was founded with the purpose of creating value for our clients. It has been my mission to build a focused and dedicated company based on independence and integrity where empathy is always the basis for meeting customers and business partners.
I feel that we have succeeded in creating a prosperous workplace where we do work a lot – but where we also have fun doing it.
