Advisor to the shareholders of Firebrand Training Nordic in management buy-out
ATRIUM has assisted the Danish country management in connection with their acquisition of the entire share capital of Firebrand Training Nordic, resulting in the Danish subsidiary leaving the Firebrand Training group.
Firebrand Training is a European group of companies, offering certified IT training to private companies and public institutions. Firebrand is a Microsoft Gold Partner within the Learning category.
Following the transaction, the Danish company will continue to work closely together with the group.
