ATRIUM made a valuation of Haahr Benzin, a Danish privately-held oil and gasoline company.

Haahr Benzin restarted its activities in 2007 and operates 43 self-service low-price gas stations in Denmark, strategically located near shopping malls.

The valuation was prepared in connection with the owner’s considerations regarding a sale of the company. The sale was subsequently completed to the German Mabanaft group, which among other activities comprises the subsidiary OIL! Tankstellen.
