Financial advisor to ECCO in connection to joint venture with Euro Kenkä

ATRIUM advised ECCO to enter a joint venture in Finland via the established company, Euro Kenkä.

Euro Kenkä is Finland’s largest retailer of ECCO shoes, comprising 14 stores located in the largest cities in Finland. The original founders of the chain will continue in the company after the transaction.

ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to ECCO A/S.
