Financial advisor to Ementor in connection with the acquisition of Sonex

ATRIUM acted as financial advisor to Ementor in connection with the acquisition of Sonex.

Sonex was the largest supplier of IT infrastructure in Lithuania and Latvia with over 400 employees in 10 offices throughout Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Russia. Sonex had four business segments consisting of IT infrastructure, security solutions, software and business systems (ERP), where IT infrastructure was the largest segment.

With the acquisition of Sonex, Ementor achieved a leading position in the Baltic region, and further strengthened its position as one of Europe’s leading suppliers of IT infrastructure. The acquisition also represented an important strategic step towards achieving Ementor’s growth targets.

ATRIUM advised on the acquisition process including valuation, negotiation and financing.
