Financial advisor to Interdan Holding in the structured tender of the Group’s total financing

ATRIUM advised Interdan Holding in relation to a structured tender of the Group’s total financing.

The Interdan group is one of Northern Europe’s largest importers of cars and automotive spare parts. Their brands include Peugeot, Chevrolet and Mitsubishi. The products are distributed via retailers in Denmark, Sweden and the Baltics.

ATRIUM managed a structured tender for the Group’s total financing comprising credit lines, inventory loans and distribution of end-consumer car loans. A number of Danish and international banks were invited to bid for the financing package.

ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to Interdan.
