Financial advisor to the shareholders of EMT Nordic in the divestment to SE Blue Equity

ATRIUM acted as financial advisor to EMT Nordic’s shareholders, NRGi a.m.b.a. and CEO and founder Thomas Rasmussen, in connection with the divestment to SE Blue Equity.

EMT Nordic provides software and consulting services for the energy and the environment sectors such as energy companies, businesses and municipalities. The company’s solutions automate and streamline work processes, which can help reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. In addition to customised IT solutions, the company also provides a market-leading software package, EnergyKey.

Thomas Rasmussen will continue as CEO and co-owner of EMT Nordic after the divestment to SE Blue Equity.

The divestment of EMT Nordic was originally designed as a controlled auction process, but since SE Blue Equity showed a great interest in the company very early on, the shareholders decided to negotiate with SE Blue Equity on an exclusive basis.
