ATRIUM has acted as financial advisor to the shareholder of Daloon in the sale of the company to Dutch Izico.

Daloon has production in Denmark and the UK, and is the leading supplier of Asian snacks to the retail and food service sectors in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and the UK. In 2014, Daloon generated revenue of DKK 250 million.
Izico is one of the leading manufacturers of frozen snack products in the Netherlands, and is today owned by the Dutch private equity firm Egeria. Egeria acquired Izico from the Dutch group Royal Wessanen in 2014.
With the acquisition of Daloon, Izico strengthens its product portfolio within Asian snacks and meat free products, while expanding its geographical footprint in Scandinavia, Germany and the UK.
