Fairness opinion for ECCO

ATRIUM made an economic assessment of the value of ECCO’s own stores spread across 10 countries in Europe in connection with an internal transaction made between ECCO A/S and KRM AG.

After the internal transaction is completed, all of ECCO’s retail activities will be handled by KRM AG, keeping production and sale of goods separate from retail activities.

ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to ECCO A/S.
