Financial advisor to Polaris in connection with the refinancing of Color Print

ATRIUM advised the majority shareholder in Color Print, Polaris Private Equity, with refinancing and renegotiation of credit facilities.

Color Print had for a number of years experienced negative earnings, resulting in the company’s financing partners requiring refinancing.

ATRIUM assisted with the renegotiation of contract terms with financing partners, including the negotiation of capital structure and covenants.
