Advisor to Swire Energy Services on the acquisition of ALL NRG
ATRIUM Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Swire Energy Services (SES) on its acquisition of ALL NRG from VIA Equity.
ALL NRG is a leading provider of manpower services and project solutions including installation, commissioning and decommissioning support, blade inspection and repairs, and HV services to the energy industry. The company operates across wind markets in Europe and Asia and holds a leading position within offshore wind, having supported over 90% of the world’s offshore wind projects.
Swire Energy Services is a global provider of services supporting the energy industry. Operating in 28 countries and employing over 500 staff globally, SES provides a wide range of value and performance driven solutions including offshore containers, integrity services, aviation services and specialised wind services.
ALL NRG is the second wind focused acquisition for Swire Energy Services in 2021 and forms part of the company’s long-term strategic objective to grow its renewable energy sector offering to support customers through the energy transition.
