Advisor to Nordmark in the sale to CataCap
ATRIUM Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Nordmark in the sale to CataCap.
Nordmark is a global market leader in high-precision machining of large components to the offshore wind industry with Siemens Gamesa and Vestas as its largest customers. The company has three machining centers in Denmark and one in the Northern German offshore wind hub, Cuxhaven, and has more than 120 employees. In the most recent financial year, Nordmark achieved an EBITDA of approx. DKK 60 million.
The Danish private equity firm CataCap invests in small and medium-sized Danish companies and currently manages three private equity funds with a total capital commitment of more than DKK 7 billion.
With the investment, CataCap, together with Nordmark’s management, will accelerate growth and consolidate Nordmark’s strong position in the offshore wind market, which is expected to grow rapidly towards 2030 in Europe and the US.
ATRIUM Partners advised the owners of Nordmark in an exclusive one-to-one process with the purpose of entering a partnership with CataCap.
