ATRIUM and our international alliance advised in 106 deals with a total value of more than 50 bn EUR in 2017
When looking back at a very busy 2017 where we enjoyed a high level of activity in a booming M&A market, we note that the vast majority of the transactions completed by ATRIUM Partners were cross-border deals.
This is not surprising with Denmark being a relatively small market and an attractive country for foreign investments due to our strong economy, high transparency and low degree of corruption. The high number of cross-border deals highlights the importance of our international co-operation in the ADVIOR International.
