ATRIUM Partners divests the subsidiaries ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning and ATRIUM Alternativer
ATRIUM Partners has been the majority shareholder in ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning Fondsmæglerselskab A/S (Wealth Management) and ATRIUM Alternativer FAIF A/S since the establishment in 2010 and has owned these in partnership with the management of ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning.
Increased focus on Corporate Finance
Going forward, ATRIUM will continue to aim to be a leading Danish independent financial advisor within Corporate Finance advisory.
The divestment of the subsidiaries takes place as part of an increased focus on the core offering, whereby ATRIUM significantly strengthens its opportunities to advance digital initiatives within Corporate Finance related services as well as further development of the Corporate Finance organization.
ATRIUM Kapitalforvaltning and ATRIUM Alternativer will carry out a rebranding before the end of April 2021.
