Advisor to Renegas in the sale of Thorsø Biogas and Foersom Bioenergi to Infranode

ATRIUM has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Renegas in the sale of 49% of the shares in Thorsø Biogas and Foersom Bioenergi to Infranode.

Infranode is a long-term infrastructure investor with a particular focus on the Nordic countries. Infranode invests in energy and renewables, digital infrastructure, transport, and social infrastructure.

Thorsø and Foersom are two biogas plants, which at the time of the transaction collectively produce about 160 GWh on an annual basis. With Infranode’s investment, the capacity of the facilities is planned to double by the end of 2026, which has been the main motivational factor in the partnership between Renegas and Infranode.
