Advisor to the board of directors of Dan-Ejendomme in relation to the public takeover offer on the company’s shares

Pensionskassernes Ejendomme A/S launched a public takeover offer to the shareholders of Dan-Ejendomme Holding, where ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to the board of directors of Dan-Ejendomme. ATRIUM evaluated and expressed a fairness opinion on the takeover offer to the board of directors, resulting in a recommendation of the offer.

Dan-Ejendomme is a leading player on the Danish market for property administration. In addition to property administration, the company offers services such as rent collection, technical advice, facility management etc. Furthermore, Dan-Ejendomme owns a portfolio of 8 rental properties with more than 500 apartments. In 2011, Dan-Ejendomme had revenues of DKK 410 m and EBIT of DKK 44 m.

Under the assumption of a successful takeover, Pensionskasserne intend to delist Dan-Ejendomme from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
