Financial advisor to Columbus in connection with rights issue

ATRIUM acted as financial advisor to Columbus in connection with a rights issue in the ratio of 1:3 (33 %) on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen, where Columbus achieved proceeds of DKK 50 m.

Columbus provides integrated business systems and services to medium-sized businesses primarily based on Microsoft Business Solutions’ (MBS) standard software, Microsoft Dynamics.

The purpose of the issue was to obtain additional capital to develop and implement selected standard solutions focused on industry-specific (vertical) solutions.

The rights issue was fully subscribed as shareholders subscribed over 97% of the new shares.

ATRIUM was responsible for organizing and structuring the issue, including communication and coordination with the FSA and NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and preparation of the prospectus and other materials.
