Daloon is the largest producer of spring rolls in Northern Europe.

Daloon had a complex financing structure with financial ties to an affiliated company and the parent company.

As financial advisor to Daloon, ATRIUM has assisted in the refinancing of the affiliated company Easyfood and the parent company HV Invest A/S.

The refinancing has simplified the financing structure of the group and reduced the financial interdependency between the companies.
