Financial advisor to DMsave in the divestment to Topnordic

ATRIUM advised the shareholders of DMsave, IBM and ITS Finans, in the process of divesting the company to Topnordic.

DMsave is a solid and well-functioning growth company that markets and sells outsourcing services for remote backup, data storage and WAN for the B2B market.

In 2005 Computerworld recognized DMsave as the best company in Denmark within operations and development. DMsave’s clients include several of the largest Danish private and public corporations.

The acquisition of DMsave supports and extends Topnordic’s exisiting service and outsourcing business in Denmark, which reported revenues of more than DKK 300 m in 2006.

ATRIUM worked as exclusive financial advisor to the owners of DMsave and ensured a successful outcome through a competitive controlled auction directed at industrial and financial buyers alike.
