Easyfood is the largest producer of convenience bread products in Denmark.

Easyfood had a complex financing structure with financial ties with an affiliated company and the parent company.

As financial advisor to Easyfood, ATRIUM has assisted in the refinancing together with the affiliated company Daloon and the parent company HV Invest A/S.

The refinancing has simplified the financing structure of the group and reduced the financial interdependency between the companies.
