Financial advisor to ECCO in the acquisition of a minority stake in Boozt

ATRIUM advised ECCO A/S in connection with the acquisition of a minority interest in Boozt.

Boozt focuses on e-commerce of fashion apparel and shoes with a unique business concept. In addition to running its own e-commerce platform, Boozt operates a number of mono-brand stores on behalf of its partners, including ECCO’s recently launched e-commerce platform.

Boozt shareholders include management, the private equity firm Sunstone Capital and Bestseller.

ATRIUM acted as exclusive financial advisor to ECCO.
