Financial advisor to ECCO in the acquisition of the remaining shares in Euro Kenkä

ATRIUM advised ECCO in the acquisition of the remaining shares in the Finnish joint venture, Euro Kenkä.

Euro Kenkä is Finland’s largest retailer of ECCO shoes. ECCO entered into a joint venture with the original founders of Euro Kenkä in 2009. With the acquisition of the remaining shares in Euro Kenkä, ECCO continues its strategy of strengthening the Group through integration of its own stores.
