Financial advisor to Green Wind Energy in the acquisition of a trading platform and capital increase

ATRIUM advised Green Wind Energy in a public listing on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen through a sale to the listed Holdingselskabet af 25. november 1972 (previously Bodilsen Holding) with issuance of new shares.
Simultaneously a private placement to a small group of investors was carried out. The listed company was without activity before the acquisition of Green Wind Energy.

Green Wind Energy was a Danish energy and investment company that owned wind farms, conducted sales of wind turbine projects and managed wind farm projects.

ATRIUM was in charge of contact and dialogue with the listed company on behalf of Green Wind Energy and the subsequent rights issue. ATRIUM drew up the prospectus for the rights issue, was responsible for communication and coordination with the FSA and NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and produced announcements and materials.
