Financial advisor to RTX Healthcare in the sale to Tunstall

ATRIUM has advised RTX Telecom A/S in connection with the divestment of the share capital of RTX Healthcare A/S to Tunstall Group Ltd.

RTX Healthcare, based in Aalborg, was founded in 1991. The company markets, sells, develops and manufactures wireless products for remote patient monitoring for patients suffering from chronic diseases. The company has 11 employees in Nørresundby and two in San Jose, California, USA .

Tunstall is a UK-based provider of telehealth solutions for approx. 2.5 million people in 30 countries. The company employs more than 1,000 people and is owned by the private equity fund Charterhouse (UK).

The sale is part of RTX Telecom Group’s focus strategy.

In the divestment process, ATRIUM assisted RTX Telecom with process management, as well as contact and negotiations with potential buyers. During the process, ATRIUM was in contact with the world’s leading manufacturers of medical devices, ultimately with the Tunstall Group as the acquirer.
