Financial advisor to Skandiaweb in connection with fairness opinion

ATRIUM made a valuation of Skandiaweb, a Danish web design company owned by management and JMI Invest.

Skandiaweb offers a comprehensive service consisting of design, programming, hosting and ongoing maintenance of professional websites, designed in collaboration with the client and tailored to their needs. In addition, a number of other services are offered such as web shops, search engine optimization, booking modules, etc.

In connection with an investor group’s potential investment in Skandiaweb, ATRIUM prepared a valuation of Skandiaweb for the management and JMI Invest as a foundation in determining the terms of trade.
