ATRIUM assisted the owner of Bonus Energy, Peter Stubkjær Sørensen, as financial advisor in the sale of the company to Siemens.
Bonus Energy is one of the leading global wind turbine manufacturers. The continued consolidation among customers and competitors and the increasing project sizes in the industry required a new owner who could strengthen the financial position of the company and increase the global sales efforts.
