Topsil Semiconductor Materials manufactures ultrapure premium quality silicon for use in the semiconductor industry. Topsil is a global leader in its niche.

Following a share issue, the company was in need of an increase in its loan facilities to carry out the planned expansion of the production capacity.

We advised the company to change bank, partly because the company needed a more international bank, and secondly, the current bank relationship was negatively influenced by the company’s history, where it had just completed a turnaround.

ATRIUM was in charge of the preparation of tender documents, which was discussed with a number of selected banks, in order to achieve the most appropriate loan terms.
